The AP22D has a sleek form-factor that houses 4 x 1 Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired devices and an 802.11ax 2×2 Wi-Fi Certified 6TM access point that uplinks through a 2.5 gigabit Ethernet port. Mount the AP22D on a desk for easy access to the built-in Ethernet ports or on the wall near wired devices to blend into any environment.

A 2.5GbE port uplinks to a PoE switch offers higher bandwidth capacity for the growing demand for cloud-based applications. Four 1GbE downlink ports connect hardwired devices like printers and can supply 2x 15W of PoE power to run devices like IP phones.

1024-quadrature amplitude modulation (1024-QAM) enables a 25% increase over 256 QAM, improving throughput to ensure high quality of service (QoS) and the 2.5GbE uplink port doubles the capacity of bandwidth over previous 1GbE ports.

The AP22D also features built-in security gateway and firewall keep business and guest traffic separate. Offering WPA2/WPA3/OWE authentication for secure Wi-Fi access, this future-ready access point delivers a worry-free networking experience.
